JOHNSON, VERMONT "TOOTIE" JR., 62, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Norton Hosparus Pavilion.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Joyce (Gilbert).
Survivors include his stepson, Eric Baker (Rhonda); five brothers; two sisters; and three grandchildren. Cremation was chosen.
