Obituary

Manchester– Marguerite (Richer) Tellier, 94, died November 13, 2008 at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on July 20, 1914 the daughter of Edouard and Evangeline (Boisvert) Richer.
Mrs. Tellier worked as a waitress for many years and as a seamstress for J.R. Langley and other companies. Her favorite position was as Arts & Crafts Director at St. Teresa’s Manor for ten years. She volunteered for several years at St. George’s Manor and at St. Anthony School. She enjoyed sewing and crafting all her life.
She was a founding member of St. Peter’s Church in Auburn. She was also a member of the St. Anne Sodality of Ste. Marie Parish.
She was predeceased by her husband Fred Tellier who died on February 5, 1974.
In Her Life: Family members include one son Andre Tellier of Holyoke MA., his wife Joyce and step sons Alex and Vinnie, one daughter Marguerite (Tellier) Brunette and her husband Theodore Brunette of Manchester, three grandchildren, Andre Tellier of New York, Kerry Brunette and her friend Tony Abramo, both of Manchester, Kimberly (Brunette) Bean and her husband Monroe Bean both of Derry, one brother Hector Richer, one sister, Sister Germaine Richer, many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her siblings, Alfred Richer, Emile Richer, Rev. Maurice Richer, two sisters, Sister Irene Richer PM, and Helene (Richer) Dionne.
Services: Calling hours will be on Monday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 am in Ste. Marie Church, Notre Dame Ave.
Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
