Genevieve (Cabral) Amaral, age 78, of Somerset for the past 3 years. Passed away November 12, 2008 in Fall River. Widow of John Amaral. Born in Pawtucket, RI, daughter of the late Arthur & Celina (Shepard) Cabral. Prior to retiring, Mrs. Amaral worked as a Folder for Ideal Laundry.
She is survived by 4 children: John, Rickie, Robert Amaral, & Priscilla Boucher all of Fall River; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild & several nieces & nephews. 2 sisters: Florence Baldaia of Swansea & Mary Paquette of Somerset. She was the sister of the late Arthur & Edward Cabral.
Her funeral will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Saturday with visitation from 8:30 A.M. until the 10:00 A.M. services in the funeral home. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery.
