Patricia M. Finn, age 73, of Woburn, died November 6th, at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center of Burlington following a courageous battle with cancer. She was the Beloved wife of Bill W. Finn. Born in Dublin, Ireland she was the daughter of the late Kitty (O'Neil) and Victor Cooper.
Patricia has been a Woburn resident for the past three years formerly living in San Juan Capistrano, CA and Tewksbury, MA. Patricia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for many years as pharmacy clerk at the former Brooks Pharmacy in Wilmington. Patricia enjoyed traveling with her husband and family and together they traveled all over the world.
In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by her devoted children, Linda Finn of Salem, MA, Kathleen Dellarocco and her husband Jim of Bedford, Bill Finn and his wife Janna of Chelmsford. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Bobby, Jillian, Patrick and Caitlin. She is further survived by her sisters, Helen Carlson PhD of Oregon, Ann Kelly and Kay Brimhall both of California.
Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Monday, November 10th, at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd. Woburn, at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8. Interment will be private.
