Buxton, Maine - Daniel E. Ouellette, 49 of Hemlock Hollow Way formerly of Worcester died Thursday April 17 in Maine Medical Center after being stricken ill.
He leaves two sons Nicolas G. Ouellette and Justin D. Ouellette both of Worcester; his former wife Ellen A. (Cutting) Ouellette of Worcester; two brothers George "Dean" Ouellette of Westboro and David E. Ouellette of Pawtucket, RI; a sister Linda J. Kureczka of Worcester; his fiance Jacqueline Truman of Buxton, Maine and several nephews and nieces. Mr. Ouellette was born in Wakefield, MA son of Eugene and Jo Ann (Webster) Ouellette.
He was a captain for Pan American World Airways. He previously worked for Carnival Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Ouellette was also a flight instructor for Amity Aero Tech in Worcester.
Mr. Ouellette was member of the Airline Pilots Association.
A memorial service will be held on Monday April 21 at 10 AM in United Methodist Church Main St. Westboro, MA. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Home for Little Wanderers 271 Huntington Avenue Boston, MA 02115.
