Carol E. (Patnoude) Feinour, of Winthrop, MA, formerly of Winter Springs, Florida passed away October 29, 2008, at her home after a brief illness. She is the beloved sister of Ellen (Patnoude) Pulsifer of Winthrop and sister-in-law of the late Robert Pulsifer. Private arrangements have been made through the Maurice W.
