Charlotte E. (Gibson) Paine, 87 of Medway died October 30 in Milford Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Walter Paine who died in 1998.
Born in Framingham, September 6, 1921, the daughter of the late Carl and Charlotte (Rice) Gibson, Mrs. Paine was raised in Natick and had lived in Framingham for many years prior to moving to Medway 20 years ago.
Mrs. Paine had been a clerk at the Natick Labs for many years.
Mrs. Paine loved to bowl, cross country ski and loved animals of every kind.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda S. Rice and her husband, Arthur of Whitinsville, formerly of Medway.
She is also survived by her brother, Carl Gibson of Burlington, North Carolina.
She was the sister of the late Dorothy Landry and Evelyn McCafferty.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Timothy, Kristen and Shawn and great-grandchildren, Anna, Danny, Brandon and Mikayla.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3 in the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will be in Dell Park in Natick.
Visitation will be on Monday from 11 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
