Betty Jean Pruner, 83, of Londonderry, NH, died Friday, October 24, 2008 in the Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Bradford, MA. Mrs. Pruner was born in Amarillo, TX on December 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Hurley C. and Deloris (Morris) Broach. She was a resident of Londonderry for the past eight years, formerly living in Amarillo, TX. Mrs. Pruner had been employed as an executive secretary for the American National Bank in Amarillo.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Pruner of Londonderry; one daughter, Stephanie Maguire and her husband Francis of Hudson, NH; three brothers, Tom Broach of Amarillo, TX, Jim Broach of Claude, TX, and Hurley C. Broach and his wife Joanne of Kerrville, TX; one sister, Mary Jane McCaslin and her husband Charles of Tulia, TX; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 28th at 11:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cal Farley's Boy’s Ranch, PO Box 1890, Amarillo, TX 79174.
