Obituary

Francis Carlton "Carl" Flood, 87 of Franklin and formerly of Medway died October 24 in Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Medway, October 3, 1921, the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Dolan) Flood, Mr. Flood was raised and lived in Medway until moving to Franklin in 2001.
Mr. Flood had been a machinist for the United Awl and Needle Company of Medway for many years before retiring.
Mr. Flood served in the Navy during World War II attaining the rank of Coxswain.
He was a member of the Medway American Legion.
Mr. Flood is survived by his daughter, Eleanor A. Flood of Foxboro and his sister, Elizabeth Charest of Franklin.
He was the brother of the late Mary, Thomas, John and Joseph Flood and June Dauley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, October 28 from 9:00-9:45 a.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church in Medway at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
