Alan K. Thompson age 47 of Salem, NH, died Tuesday at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH.
He was born in Methuen, MA, grew up and was educated in Salem, NH. He was a long time resident of Salem, NH and Florida.
Alan was a self employed framer, working for various contractors in Florida and NH. He enjoyed woodworking, and working with his hands and tools. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father Elwin Thompson.

Calling hours will be held Friday, Oct. 24 from 5-8 PM, with a funeral service at 7:30 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Cremation will follow.
