Dorothy Irene Frigon 88, of Main St. died Monday in Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of Edgar R. Frigon, to whom she was married for forty nine years, and was also the wife of the late Jerome D. Moynihan, and the late Wyndom Parker. She was born in Barry, Glamorgan, South Wales, the daughter of the late Charles and Susan Adams. Dorothy supported the Allied Forces by working in a munitions factory in South Wales during WWII.
She worked as an LPN in various area hospitals for many years. Most notably, she worked for The Holiday Nursing Home in Manville until her retirement in 1984. She is survived by two daughters; Ray Mary Massey of Alvanton, KY, and Valerie A. Dillon of Scottsville, KY, and a son Jerome D. Moynihan of Woonsocket, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by five brothers, seven sisters, one grandson and one granddaughter.
Her services will be private and under the direction of Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home.
