AUGUSTA – Mr. Fred Lester Johnson, Sr., 64, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Trinity Hospice.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Westview Cemetery with Chaplain Frankie May officiating.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Janet M. Johnson and her children, his two sons, Fred Johnson, Jr., and Nicky Ray Johnson, three daughters, Tammy Lee Johnson, Tiffany M. Johnson, and Tina Gamble, his grandchildren, Matthew McGahee, Nicholas Johnson, Christina Johnson, Raymond Claude Johnson, and Steven Johnson, a nephew, Robert R. Maher, Jr. and a longtime friend, Toni Erkens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, October 16, 2008 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
