Obituary

Mr. Stephen M. Antonelli, age 59 of Whitman died unexpectedly on Tuesday in Brockton Hospital in Brockton. He is the husband of Holly (Gaides) Antonelli with whom he shared more than 8 years of marriage. Mr. Antonelli was born in Boston, the son of Margaret (Carbone) Antonelli and the late Harry Antonelli. He is a graduate of Medford High School, class of 1967. Stephen had worked as an automobile salesman. He excelled in sales and worked in several local dealerships. In his career in the auto industry he also managed several of the dealerships. In earlier years he worked in a dental laboratory manufacturing dental prosthetics.
For the past six years he has been challenged with a serious kidney condition. He was an avid walker, very family minded and enjoyed fine dining. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed the finer things in life.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is the brother of Margaret Mottola and her husband Phil of Stoneham, Anne Roche and her husband Robert of Burlington, Robert Antonelli and his wife Patsy of North Billerica and Edward Antonelli of North Andover. Son In Law of Joseph Gaides of Whitman and the late Dorothy Gaides. Brother In Law of Roger & Ethel Gaides of Lincoln, NH. David & Julie Young, Laurie & Anthony Macaluso, all of Whitman. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8.Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
