VAN LAERE, DONNA LEE (COZINE), 63, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008.
She was a registered nurse, a member of the Kentucky Humane Society and of the ASPCA. She is survived by her husband, David Van Laere; daughters, Eryn Casado and Melinda Van Laere; and grandson, Shayne Casado.
Her service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
