John T. Fitzgerald, 79, of Dedham formerly of Norfolk died on Tuesday October 7, 2008 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham.
Born in Boston, MA on February 15, 1929 he was a son of the late John T. and Pearl (Jennison) Fitzgerald, Sr.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Fitzgerald was a retired laborer and had been employed for many years at the Emerson Cummings Co. in Canton before retiring. He had lived in Dedham for the past 1 ½ years and was a former 15 year resident of Norfolk.
Private family services were held on Saturday October 11th in Norfolk. Visiting hours were omitted.
