Dorothy R. Phoebus (NEE Betchel) passed away on October 1, 2008 at the Oak Crest Village Care Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph P. Phoebus. Devoted mother of Joseph P. Phoebus, Jr and the late Shirley H. Rhoten. Loving grandmother of David and Donald Rhoten; Linda Tabor; Steele Phoebus; Stacey McCord and 10 dear great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Oak Crest Village Chapel on Saturday, October 4, at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 8219 Town Center Drive, Baltimore, MD 21236-0025.
