Marguerite R. Tucker, age 81 of Medford died Sunday in Brighten At Medford, in Medford. She is the beloved wife of Francis Tucker with whom she shared more than 50 years of marriage. Born in Chelsea, daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Costello) Mirabella. She was educated in local schools. In earlier years she worked at the former Schrafft’s Candy in the shipping department.
She loved to dance and was considered a great cook. She would enchant you as a great storyteller. There was always something happening at Maggie’s house. “Visiting her house was like visiting Las Vegas” Her friends and family describe her as a “blast” to be around! She will be sadly missed by her family and extended family of friends.
In addition to her husband Frank, she is the devoted mother of Francis Tucker Jr of Washington, DC, Mary Raymond and her husband John of Marlboro and Thomas Tucker of NY. Loving grandmother of Nathan, Katy and Rachel Raymond. Dear sister of Josephine Moschella of Chelsea and the late Joseph, John, Anthony and Mary Theresa Mirabella, Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 – 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
