Sheryon Hagan Alsup went home to be joined once again with her family in heaven on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Audubon Hospital surrounded by her family.
She was a graduate of Mercy High School and had retired from the Jefferson County Board of Education. She was a member of Old Salem Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents Francis and Bernice Hagan; brothers Jimmy and Michael Hagan; and sisters Carla Selter and Barbara Myers. She is survived by her brother Richard Hagan (Lesa); daughters Denise Gibbons (Alden), Donna Peeno (Doug); her niece and daughter in heart Robin Stahl (Paul); four granddaughters Erin Troklus, Keri McGuire, Kimberly Price and Shelley Price; and three great grandchildren Michael, Landon, and Kamryn. She is also survived by her long time loving friend Harvey Spencer; life long friend Mary Boyles; and numerous other wonderful loving friends.

Funeral services will be 3 pm Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Visitation will be 12 - 3pm and
5 - 9pm Saturday and 12 - 3pm Sunday.
