Obituary

EAST TAUNTON – James Aranjo, son of the late Mary (Brouillette) Aranjo, died unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 22, at Morton Hospital.
He was 70.
Born in Taunton, he attended Taunton schools, and later worked as a buffer for Reed & Barton Silversmiths for over 41 years, before retiring in 2000.
A life member of the B.P.O. Elks, Lodge 150, he enjoyed spending time in New Hampshire, snowmobiling and four-wheeling with his family and friends.
He leaves 4 daughters, Deborah Bussiere of ME, Donna Ryan and her wife Tammy of Taunton, Doreen Adams and her husband David of E. Taunton and Deana Andrade and her husband Paul of Taunton; 4 brothers, Joseph, Robert and William Aranjo and Richard Westgate, all of Taunton; a sister, Sheila Burgess of Taunton; special friend, Harriet Barrow of E. Freetown; 8 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, on Friday, Sept 26th, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at Cedar Knoll Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
