Obituary

WORCESER__Wladyslawa (Zysk) Kaczmarczyk, 60, of Worcester, died Friday, September 12 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves her husband, Eugeniusz Kaczmarczyk, a son, Mark Kaczmarczyk, two daughters, Anna Teresa Szymczak and her husband, Thaddeus and Alicia Margaret Sobocinski and her husband, Thomas, three grandchildren, Anthony and Veronica Szymczak and Michael Sobocinski, her father, Stefan Zysk, a brother, Stanislaw Zysk, two sisters, Halena Mroz and Wieslawa Manelski. Wladyslawa was born and raised in Poland, a daughter of Stefan and Marianna (Dorocka) Zysk and has lived in Worcester since 1982.
Mrs. Kaczmarczyk worked at the Worcester Knitting Co., Eddington Thread Co. and the College of the Holy Cross. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and its’ Women’s Guild. She was also an active member of the church choir and donated her time to support many church functions. She was a beautiful, loving person who always put her family first. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and had a wonderful caring personality. Wladyslawa was loved by her family very much and will be greatly missed.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 17, from HENRY - DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday, September 16, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
