Thomas David Ferns, 53, beloved husband of Jill Furtado Ferns of N. Attleboro and Somerset. Passed away Sep. 13, 2008 with his loving wife by his side. He was the loving son of Lorraine Ferns of N. Attleboro & the late Thomas Ferns. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart School, Attleboro. He previously worked for the Old Brook Manor, Bird Machine in Walpole, and 20 years at Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
Besides his loving wife Jill of 4 years, he leaves behind one son Joshua Ferns of N. Attleboro; one daughter Jessica Ferns of Woonsocket, RI; a loving grandson Connor Ferns. Son in law of Ronald Joe Furtado. He was a loving uncle to Joshua & Morgan McMullen, Shawn, Katie, & Dustin Furtado. He was the brother in law of John Furtado of Dartmouth & Jennifer McMullen of Somerset.
His funeral service will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. Interment in Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset. Calling hours Tuesday 6-8 P.M.
