Taylor, of Plymouth, September 5th, Peter C. 71. Beloved husband of the late Ida B. (DiSeglio) Taylor. Son of the late John P. and Melissa (Matthewson) Taylor, he was born in Flushing, NY. He attended Lincoln College in Illinois and where he received an Associates Degree. He was Head of Security for Draper Lab – MIT and Hood Milk in Charlestown. A resident of Plymouth for 35 years coming from Randolph, Peter enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting and was a member of the John Alden Sportsmans Club and Plymouth Country Club. He was the father of John P. Taylor, Stephen & wife Liz Taylor and David A. Taylor all of Plymouth. He also leaves a brother, Thomas E. Taylor and wife Carol of Dracut, MA, a sister, Mary M. Taylor of Plymouth, six grandchildren, Michael O’Keefe, Jillian Taylor, Bryan Taylor, Chad Taylor, Ally DiBella and Max DiBella and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Jane T. Hyslop. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Sept. 12th from 4-7 pm at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Route 3A, Plymouth (Manomet). Services and burial will be private.
