Michael M. Nee of Brockton died Aug 30 at Brockton Hospital while surrounded by his loving family. He was age 78. Loving husband of Eileen P. (Curran) Nee of Brockton. Devoted father of Colleen M. and her husband Scott A. Fournier of East Bridgewater, Michelle and her husband Brian Farrar of Brockton, Matthew M Nee of Fl, James Nee and his wife Jennifer of East Bridgewater, Edward C. Nee of Brockton, and the late Michael Nee. Proud grandfather of Katyann, Brianna, Riley, Elizabeth, Zachery, Kristen, Joshua, Daniel, Madeline, and Abigail. Brother of Ralph Nee of West Bridgewater, Paul Nee of Boston and Robert Nee of NH. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A Military Honor Graveside Service will be held on Wed., Sept. 3 at The Bourne National Veteran's Cemetery at 11:30am. Visiting hours will be held on Tue. from 4-8pm at The Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater, MA. Michael was a Pipefitter for the Chelsea Soldier's Home for 32 yrs and a Railroad employee for over 20 years.
