Marie L. (Tintle) Kelley a 60 year resident of Dorchester died on Tuesday, August 26 at her home following a period of declining health. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late David V. and Elizabeth E. (Conway) Tintle. Mrs. Kelley was a retired administrative assistant for St. Paul Insurance Company. She was a daily communicant of St. Gregory Parish and was an active member of the parish seniors club. Mrs. Kelley enjoyed line dancing with her many friends and love to bake for her family and neighbors. She will be long remembered for her love and devotion to her family. The beloved wife of the late James F. Kelley, she was the devoted mother of Elizabeth Hadley and her husband Ronald of Norwood and Ellen Benoit and her husband James of Needham. Dear sister of Rosemary McMahon of Yarmouth and Patricia Murphy of El Cajon, California and the late David F. Tintle, Ann Bettinger, Elizabeth Tintle, and Eleanor McCaffrey. Loving grandmother of Maureen Lavelle and her husband Kevin, Karen Guarin and her husband Michael, Shamus Benoit and his wife Allison, Laurie, Mary, and David Benoit and Catherine Ballinger and her husband Daniel. Also survived by ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Gregory Church, Dorchester Lower Mills on Saturday August 30th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Friday, 4-8 pm. Interment at New Calvary Cemetery.
