Susan A. Knight, 50, of Woodville Alton Road, died Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Kent County Hospital. She was the wife of David C. Knight.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Daniel McDade of Wakefield and Joan Wheeler of Narragansett. She had been a resident of Hope Valley since 1986. She was an animal lover and had bred Chinese-Sharpei Dogs for 25 years.
Besides her husband and parents she is survived by her son Daniel R. Knight and her daughter Marcie A. Knight both of Hope Valley, a sister Diane K. Heisler of Cranston and several nieces and a nephew. Also by her side has been Henry Holland of Hope Valley.
Her funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am in the
ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park. Visitation Tuesday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Hopkington Animal Control, 395B Woodville Road, Hopkington, RI 02833.
