Paula A. (Sampson) Tedstone, 67, of Hudson died Saturday, Aug. 16 at the Newton & Wellesley Alzeimer Center. She was the former wife of the late Lewis W. Tedstone Jr.
She was born in Waltham, daughter of the late Paul and Jill (Jannini) Sampson and graduated from Newton H.S. in 1958. She was a former secretary for Digital Equipment Co. in Maynard and also worked for Mary’s Catering of Hudson for many years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hudson.
She is survived by her 5 sons, Lewis P. Tedstone of Hudson, James Scott Tedstone of Chelmsford, Ronald D. Tedstone of Winchendon, Richard M. Tedstone and Paul D. Tedstone, both of Hudson. She is also survived by her brother, Paul Sampson of Nashua, NH; her sister, Janet Palladino of Lexington; her stepmother, Stella Sampson of Waltham; her great aunt, Madeline Bangs of Concord; 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews..
A funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 11:00 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church, 34 Felton Street, Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson. Family and friends may attend calling hours on Tuesday, Aug. 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749
