Catherine T. (Harte) Ferraguto, of Medford, died at home Wednesday after a brief illness. She was 79.
A life-long Medford resident, Catherine was the daughter of the late James and Catherine (Devine) Harte. She worked many years in the cafeteria in Medford High School. Before that she worked at Luisa’s ravioli and Schrafft’s candy. A good mother, grandmother and friend to many, Catherine was a dedicated parishioner a St. Joseph Parish and had a strong devotion to St. Anthony
She was the loving mother of Karen Hunt and her husband Ted of Melrose. She was a devoted grandmother to Brandon and Ryan Hunt. She was a dear sister to the late Barbara Ryan, James, John and Mary Harte.
Family and friends may visit Saturday from 9:30 -10:30 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, followed by a Funeral Mass offered in St. Joseph Church, Medford, at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
