PROVOST, KIM, 44, of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2008.
She was a former employee of U of L Billing Department and a member of New Vision Ministry Center.
Survivors include her husband, Lance Provost; her daughter, Lana Kay Provost; her pet dog "Rockster" who was like a son to her; her parents, Herbie and Brenda Neal; parents-in-law, Margie and Chris Beasley; sister-in-law, Diane Provost; aunts and uncles, Donna and Bruce Hadley, Kay and Jim Decker, Denise and Buddy Spratt, Jay Miller, Charles Aslinger and Dorothy Winkler; several cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, 10 a.m. -9 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday.
