Catherine Lynn Johnson, 27, of Tifton died Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2008, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. John S. Gibbs, Jr. will officiate with burial to follow in McMillan Cemetery in Lenox. William Beheeler, Bobby Blanchard, Randy Bromlow, Bruce Haman, Randy Cone and William Bromlow will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 15, 2008, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Johnson was born on August 28, 1980 in Tift County and was the daughter of James Randolph Cone of Lenox and Susan Lynne Johnson Beheeler and her step-father, William Beheeler of Tifton. She was of the Baptist faith and had lived in Tifton all of her life. She was preceded in death by one son, Jessie James Johnson.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, Roger Edward Harrell of Tifton; one son, James Roger Cone of Lenox; four brothers, John Randolph Tucker of Ocilla, Derek Spires of Lenox, Jeremy Spires of Killeen, Texas, and Kevin Spires of Lenox; her grandparents, Pat and Leon Cone of Lenox and Pat Wallace of Birmingham, Alabama; her Godfather and Godmother, Willie and Velma Smith of Turner County; her Godsister, Annette Parham; and her Godbrother, Chris Smith of Turner County.
