David James “DJ” Toothman, of Ladson, 9 month old son of Sparky and Ashley Toothman died Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at MUSC.
Funeral service will be held this afternoon at 3 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Friends may visit from 2 o’clock until the hour of service today. Burial will be private.
DJ was born October 21, 2008 in Charleston. He is survived by his parents, his brother and sister, Trevor Sparky Toothman and Audrey Leeann Toothman both of Ladson. grandparents, Mary Toothman of Clarksburg, WV, Julie and Scott Spence of Springfield, TN and great grandparents, Shirley and Dan Toothman of Clarksburg, WV, Earl and Ann Spence of TN and Jack Gordon of WI and Sheila Gordon of MN,
