Loretta I. (Roussell) Foley, 87 years of Brockton died August 6, 2008 at the Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brockton. Born and raised in Fall River, a daughter of the
Jules and Rosanne (Morrissette) Rousell. She was educated in Fall River and a graduate of Thibideau Business College. Mrs. Foley was married at 21 to John J. Foley of Central Falls, RI. Loretta lived in New Bedford from 1956 to 1964; Brockton 1964 to 1968; Berkley 1968 to 1973; Taunton 1973 to 1985 and returning to Brockton in 1985. She was a resident of Caffrey Towers until moving to the Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She enjoyed time spent with her friends.
She is survived by her children Jacqueline J. Wendell and her husband Edward of Woodbine, GA., Russell J. Foley and his wife Pamela of Brockton, James H. Foley of Boston, Pauline J. Veloza and her husband Edwin of Jacksonville, Fl, her grandchildren Karen Quellette, Thomas Allie, Michael Allie, Brent Foley, Shandie Foley, Jeanine Foley, John Foley, Andrea Foley, Brenda Fullerton and Lisa Jaste, eight great grandchildren and 2 nieces and a nephew.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Monday at 9am. Funeral Mass in St. Anne Parish, 818 Middle St.,Fall River, at11am. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River, MA. Visiting hours Sunday 1-4pm.
