Barbara A. (Walsh) Fafard, 83, of 3 Ashview Dr., died Wednesday, August 6 at the Radius Healthcare Center in Worcester.
She leaves two sons; Michael G. Pelkey of Key West, Florida, Lawrence A. Pelkey and his wife Beverly of St. Petersburg, Florida, a daughter, Patricia L. Tache and her husband Paul of Spencer with whom she lived, a sister Phyllis Kelleher of Worcester, two grandchildren; Lisa Haberski & Christopher Lewis and a great-grandson, Justin Haberski.
Born in Worcester she was the daughter of John M. & Ellen (Moore) Walsh and lived most of her life in Warwick, R.I. before moving here in 2003.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Spencer. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
