Roy W. Ellsworth, 85, of Halifax and a summer resident of Saquish Beach, formerly of Malden, died Aug. 3 at Beth Israel- Deaconess Medical Center. Roy was the husband of Marjorie (Keegan) Ellsworth. He is survived by his children; Diane Koval of Chelmsford, Richard W. Ellsworth of No. Attleboro, and Karen Ellsworth of Quincy, his step children: James Keegan of Charlemont, Rita Bailey of Holbrook, Daniel Keegan of E. Bridgewater, Ellen Hayes of Wrentham, Lawrence Keegan of Roslindale, Patricia Evans of Roslindale, Kathryn Manson of Foxboro, Christopher Keegan of Roslindale, two grandchildren; Stacy Teta and Kristine Ellsworth and two great grandchildren; Jocelyn and Luke Teta. He is also survived by his siblings; Violet Wiant of CA, Dorothy Sayce of CA, Marianne Cavaretta of Topsfield and the late Charles Ellsworth. He also was the husband of the late Helen (Gordon) Ellsworth. Mr. Ellsworth served in the US Army during WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star.Visiting hours from the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. Rt. 106, Kingston on Wed. Aug. 6 from 4-8PM.
