Shrewsbury- Mamie L. (O'Neal) Allen, 84, formerly of Shrewsbury, died Sunday, March 16, in Beamont at Northborough.
Her husband, Asa N. Allen Sr., died in 1986. She leaves a son, Asa N. Allen Jr. of Shrewsbury; a daughter, Donna Landwehr of Shrewsbury. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina, and lived here 40 years.
Mrs. Allen was a restaurant manager for several years, before retiring.
She enjoyed arts and crafts.
Funeral services and burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, North Grafton, were private. There are no calling hours. Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton Street (www.worcesterfuneral.com), Worcester, directed arrangements.
