Ernesto A. Javier, 51, died at the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton on Monday, July 28 after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Myrna M. (Zarate) Javier. Born and educated in the Philippines, he moved to Stoughton 4 years ago. Mr. Javier was a meat clerk at Shaw’s in Canton.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Javier is survived by his son, Bryan Jan Javier of the Philippines.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, August 2 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday and Friday 2-6 PM. Burial will be private.
