Michael J Oliver, of Wilmington, formerly of Arlington, passed away suddenly at Lahey Clinic in Burlington on July 26, 2008. Born in Arlington, he was the son of Patricia (Galvin) and her husband Michael Miranda of Arlington and the late John R. Oliver. Raised and educated in Arlington, he was a graduate of Arlington High School. After graduation, he went to work for M. Solberg Enterprises in Winchester, where he worked for many years as a concrete cutter. Mr. Oliver most recently was self-employed as a locksmith. In his spare time, Michael loved to go fishing and ride his motorcycle. He was the beloved husband of Lora A. (Paulicelli), and the devoted and loving father of Kelsey A. of Pittsfield and Jenna C. Oliver of Wilmington. Michael was the cherished grandson of Elizabeth Oliver of Mashpee and brother of John T. Miranda of N. Andover, Christine M. Cremin of Tewksbury and Shannon Oliver of Winchester. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. His Funeral will be held from the Costello Funeral Home 177 Washington St., Winchester on Thurs., July 31 at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Eulalia’s Church, 50 Ridge St., Winchester at 10AM. Relatives and friend respectfully invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held in the Funeral Home on Wed. from 4-8PM.
