SALEM - Edward J. Froncki, 49, of Salem, died Sunday, July 13, 2008.
Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Stanley J. & Josephine M. (Czarnecki) Froncki. A lifelong resident of the city, he was a graduate of Salem High School in the class of 1978.
He was employed by Raytheon for many years and was most recently employed at Axcelis Technologies in Beverly.
Mr. Froncki enjoyed fishing and boating.
He is survived by one brother & sister-in-law, Stanley S. and Jane Froncki of Salem, one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen & Michael Durgin of Nottingham, NH, a brother-in-law, Paul Labonte of Raymond, NH and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John E. Froncki and Ann Labonte.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2008 with a visitation form 10 am to 11:30 am at the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem, followed by a committal service at 12 pm at St. Mary Cemetery, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
