Doris L. MacInnes, died peacefully at the Mansion Rest Home on March 10, 2003. She was 74.
Doris was born in Medford on March 5, 1929 a daughter of the late Charles P. & Minnie Bell (Waddell) MacInnes. A graduate of Medford High School, she was employed as an office manager for John Hancock Insurance Company for over 20 years.
Ms. MacInnes was a lifelong resident of Medford and a member of the First Baptist Church in Medford. She was active in the church choir and also enjoyed playing the piano and traveling.
Doris is the beloved sister of Charles E. and his wife Carolyn M. MacInnes of Andover. Cherished aunt of Carol A. MacInnes, Diana M. Bills and Alan MacInnes. She is also the great aunt of four and the great great aunt of one.
A gravesite service will be held on Monday, March 17th, at 12:00 p.m. at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake Street, West Peabody. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
