Jeremy R. Ambra, 29, of New Bedford died July 2, 2008 unexpectedly due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Patricia (Smith) Ambra of New Bedford and the late Carlos Ambra, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Jeremy was employed as a construction worker.
He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, family, friends and his dog Rocky, riding his motorcycle and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Survivors include his mother; his daughter, Cassidy Rene Ambra, and her mother Jessica Reney, of New Bedford; 3 sisters, Jodi Nogueira, Kerri Gomes and her husband Francis and Stacie Boulay and her husband Chad, all of New Bedford; his childhood friend Jimmy Medeiros of New Bedford and several nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th at 11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday, July 7th from 4-8 PM.
