Dorothy A. Johnson of Marshfield, formerly of Plymouth, passed away at Jordan Hospital on June 28th at the age of 80. She is survived by her beloved brother Andrew S. Johnson of New York and her loving sister Madelyn H. Smith of Carver. She also leaves many nieces and nephews, especially her niece Carol Peavey who took care of her and the family that she recently lived with Marie and Michael Nista of Marshfield. She was the sister of the late Evelyn, Lena, Ruth, Robert, Frankie and Walter. Dorothy enjoyed word search puzzles and especially helping her family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Thursday July 3rd at 10 AM at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society – Plymouth Unit, 1115 W. Chestnut St, Brockton, MA 02301.
