Nancy A. (Sartorelli) Flynn of Bedford, 58, died after a four year long journey on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at her home surrounded by her two children.
She was born in Cambridge, MA, January 19, 1950 to James F. and Cecile (Sirois) Sartorelli. She grew up Manchester, NH and then moved to Bedford, NH in 1985.
Mrs. Flynn received her early education locally and was a 1968 graduate of Immaculata High School. In 1972, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Special Education from St. Anselm College. After losing her husband at an early age, she focused on raising her children and went on to find a career in Real Estate in the Bedford area. She later went on and become a social worker for the State of NH for over 10 years. She was an avid volunteer for many agencies throughout her life.
She was predeceased by her husband, Paul D. Flynn, Jr in 1980.
IN HER LIFE: Family Members include her son, Kenneth Michael Flynn of Bedford; her daughter Sarah Flynn Cook and her husband James T. Cook, two grandsons Griffin and Brenden Cook of New Boston; both parents; one brother, Stephen Sartorelli of Auburn; two sisters Brenda S. Wade of Manchester and Karen J. Carle of Hooksett; and many neices and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, June 23, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Rd, Bedford. Burial took place at St. Joseph Cemetary, 448 Donald St, Bedford.
