Jordan, John Patrick of Quincy formerly of Dorchester, age 81, went home to God on June 6, 2008. Beloved husband for 50 years of Mary J. (McNamee) Jordan. Devoted father of Paul and his wife Barbara of Quincy, Ellen J. Lonergan and her husband Edward of Thornton, NH, Daniel J. and his wife Laura of Bridgewater, and Virginia Jordan Hoar and her husband James of Hanover. Devoted grandfather of 8 grandchildren. Dear brother of Francis of Newton, Margaret Cosgrove of Dorchester, Robert of Hanover, Walter of Braintree, and the late Mary Hartley. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
