Mr. Toczko served during WWII as an Army Engineer, 6th Post Headquarters in North Africa. After graduating from Bentley College, he worked as a cost engineer for Jackson Moreland Power Company in Boston from 1932 to 1977. He was a member of the American Legion, Nickerson Post in Squantum and a life member of the Dorchester Yacht Club. He enjoyed boating, fishing (especially at Pemberton Pier in Hull), traveling, cooking for his family and gardening.
