Londonderry– George G. Kistler, 86, died June 4, 2008 at Elliot Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Stony Run, PA, on August 7, 1922, the son of George and Mabel (Stump) Kistler.
He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Prior to his retirement he was a welder at Knoll Industrial.
He was a member of the VFW Derry Post 1617.
He enjoyed woodcutting.
He was predeceased by his wife Anne (Hamaker) Kistler.
Family members include 2 daughters Nancy Weidner, of Fleetwood PA., Elaine Kistler, of Londonderry, 2 granddaughters, 3 great grandsons.
