Obituary

Mr. William H. Judson, 83, of West Milan, NH, passed away on Friday May 30, 2008 at the Country Village Healthcare Center in Lancaster, NH. He was born in Berlin, NH on December 10, 1924 the son of Albert P. and Beulah (Mader) Judson and has been a resident of West Milan since 1961. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He had been employed as a mailman for the Berlin Post Office for 36 years, was a Life Member of the VFW Post #2520 in Berlin, liked to garden, was an avid horseshoe player and loved a good joke.

Members of the family include his sons Henry Judson and wife Debra of Stark, NH and William “Woody” Judson and wife Amy of Carmel, ME; 2 grandchildren Jennifer Judson of Manchester, NH and Joshua Judson of Washington; 5 brothers Bertrand Judson of Berlin, NH, Kenneth Judson of Berlin, NH, Mel Judson of Omaha, Nebraska, Harvey Judson of New York, NY and Albert Judson of Hartford, CT; 4 sisters Elizabeth Corcoran of Berlin, NH, Mildred Gallagher of Berlin, NH, Beulah McKenna of Berlin, NH and Marion Gamache of Lowell, ME; 5 step grandchildren Ryan, Brian, Maribeth, Maci and Bradley; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Geraldine Judson, a son Gerald Arthur Judson and 5 brothers Stewart Judson, Reginald Judson, Alex Judson, Franklin Judson and Edward Judson.

GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be held on Saturday morning June 21, 2008 at 10 AM at the Riverside Cemetery in West Milan, NH. There will be no calling hours. The Bryant Funeral Home in Berlin is in charge of the arrangements.
