Flatley, Ambrose N. of Hingham, native of Kiltimagh, County Mayo, Ireland May 27, 2008.The beloved husband of 38 years to Mary (Keating) Flatley. Father of John Flatley and his wife Meghan of Wayland, Maura Flatley of North Attleboro, Patricia Moran and her husband Justin of Quincy and Jennifer Flatley of Chicago, IL. Brother of Mary Driscoll of Abington and the late Thomas J. Flatley. Cherished grandfather of Cullen Moran and Ronan Flatley. Ambrose is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Flatley worked as a builder for many years. He was a champion ballroom dancer, he enjoyed boxing, was an avid reader and enjoyed working in his garden. He had a great sense of humor and a very strong work ethic. He will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., HINGHAM, Saturday at 9 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Paul's Church, Hingham at 10 AM.
Visiting hours Friday 4- 7 PM.
Burial in Saint Paul's Cemetery, Hingham. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Flatley may be made to Fr. Bill's Place, 38 Broad St., Quincy, MA 02169
