Donna (Mainelis) Kruczek, 50, of Alamogordo, New Mexico, died Sunday, Feb. 23, there. Her father, Chalres Mainelis of Worcester, died Monday, Feb. 24.
Mrs. Kruczek was born in Worcester, was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and attended the former Saint Vincent Hospital School of Nursing. she completed her studies and became a Registered Nurse while living in Las Vegas Nevada. She lived in Almogordo New Mexico since 1981.
She is survived by her husband Thomas J Kruczek of Almogordo. Seven sons, Jason Kruczek of Kennebunk Maine, Jamie Kruczek of South Portland Maine, Jodie and Joshua Kruczek both of Phoenix Arizona, Jonathan Kruczek of Columbus Georgia, and Joel, Randy and Ryan Kruczek all of Alomorgodo New Mexico. A daughter Mandie Kruczek also of Alomorgodo New Mexico, a sister Caron Hallenbeck of LeGrangeville New York and her biological mother Mary Ann Bloomer of Linconton Georgia. Seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Kruczek was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles in Alomogordo, and enjoyed Horseback Riding and raising Dachshund's.
Their double funeral will be held on Tuesday from The Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home 298 Grafton Street (www.worcesterfuneral.com) Worcester with a Mass at 10am in Saint Casimir's Church 41 Providence Street Worcester. Burial of Mr. Mainelis will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery Worcester.
