Obituary

William Alfred Fuller, 80, formerly of Clarksville, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at his residence in El Paso, TX. Graveside services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born November 27, 1927 in Ajo, Arizona. Mr. Fuller was retired from the US Army. He served during WWII, the Korean Conflict, and in Vietnam. He had also been a pilot instructor at Outlaw Field and was also a country musician. Survivors include two sons, Jack A. and Trish Fuller, Goodlettsville, TN; and William Fuller, Clarksville; two daughters, Linda Wall and Vicky and Stan Thompson, Clarksville; a brother, Jack Saye, Globe, Arizona; a sister, Sally Boston, Globe, Arizona; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and his former wife, Marilyn Fuller. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joann Brubaker; a son-in-law, Donald Wall; and three sisters, Corlee, Frankie, and Laverne. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
