METHUEN – Alice M. (Pare) Trainor 89 died Wednesday May 14, 2008 at her home in Methuen.
Born and educated in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Elizabeth (Cloutier) Pare. A homemaker, she enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting and cake decorating.
The widow of Leland L. Trainor, she leaves her five children, Mary Hawkins and her partner Donald Hulse of Methuen, Leland “Tom” Trainor and his wife Nancy of Springfield, MA, John Trainor and his wife Donna of Dayton, Ohio, Janet Trainor of Methuen, and Nancy Snow and her husband Scott also of Methuen, MA.
Grandchildren Darla Rheaume, Todd Trainor, Eric Trainor, Jesse Trainor, Marsha Costa, Amy Hale, Steve Hale, Sean Wareing, Melissa Trainor, Melinda Tobey, Charles Trainor, Andrew Trainor and John Trainor, Jr.
36 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2:00p.m. – 5:00p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
