Obituary

O'Donnell, John T. of Hingham, age 63 died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 during a beautiful sunset at Mass General Hospital after a 13 year courageous and inspiring battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. He was born and raised in West Roxbury; attended St. Theresa 's Grammar School, Catholic Memorial High School, Northeastern University and received his MBA from Suffolk University. He served his country as an Intel Assistant in the U.S Army and was stationed in Korea. After the service, Jack worked for Air New England, Crimson Travel, Thomas Cook Travel and retired last year from Wilkins Management in Cambridge. In his spare time, Jack loved gardening, landscaping, carpentry and reading.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Nancy (Riordan) of Hingham, his son Gregory and his wife Katherine of Berkeley, CA, his daughter Jeanne and her partner David Schillberg of Scituate, his daughter Mary Ellen and her husband Donald Sinkus of Hingham. Loving and devoted son of the late William and Frances O'Donnell of Harwich, MA. Loving and devoted brother of the late James O'Donnell of New York City, William O'Donnell and his wife Pat of Harwich, Kathleen Boccuzzi and her husband Stephen of West Roxbury. Loving nephew of Reverend William O'Connor of Marshfield and the late Margaret O'Connor, Catherine O'Connor and Mary Kerrissey. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Noelle, 5 ; Jack 1 and 5 day old Ava Marie.

Jack will be sorely missed but always remembered for his wonderful smile, keen sense of humor and his concern and devotion to his family.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St., HINGHAM, Saturday at 11am.

Funeral Mass in Saint Paul's Church, Hingham at 12 Noon.

Visiting hours Friday 4- 8 PM.

Burial in Saint Paul's Cemetery, Hingham.
